Marriott Executive Apartments KL Review: Spacious Stay & Prime Location

Marriott Executive Apartments KL: Luxury Space & KLCC Views

After my initial visit on September 5, 2025, this hotel immediately became one of my favorites. During this stay, I booked a One Bedroom Apartment, and the layout was quite different from my first experience. Not only was it more spacious, but this unit also featured two bathrooms, with the master bathroom including a bathtub. The view from the room was stunning, overlooking the Petronas Twin Towers.

This specific unit, the 'One Bedroom Apartment – KLCC Park View,' boasts an area of 979 square feet. On Trip.com, the price was RM650 per night.

Upon entering the apartment, the second bathroom was immediately to the right of the main door. This bathroom contained only a sink and a toilet, with no shower area. Adjacent to this area, there was a cabinet housing a washing machine.

Apartment Layout and Living Space

Moving into the main apartment area, the kitchen was on the right. It was spacious and fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils. There was also a dining table set for four people. To the left was a large living room, furnished with two long sofas and a coffee table in the center. A 60-inch television was placed atop the TV console.

Following this was the relatively spacious bedroom, which included one king-sized bed, a single armchair next to the bed, and a small round table. The wardrobe was located in the corner near the foot of the bed, adjacent to the door leading to the master bathroom. Along the wall opposite the foot of the bed, there was a long desk with a chair at the far left end, perfect for working. The bedroom also featured another large TV, measuring 65 inches, mounted on the wall opposite the bed.

The Master Bathroom Experience

To the right of the foot of the bed was the spacious master bathroom. This area included a sink, toilet, separate shower area, and a bathtub. The shower enclosure was entirely transparent, made of 100% clear glass. The bathtub was quite large. Interestingly, the hotel did not provide a bidet spray next to the toilet bowl. Full amenity kits were provided and appeared brand new. The bath towels were exceptionally soft and comfortable.

Hotel Amenities and Dining

The hotel's swimming pool is located on Level 7 and is an indoor facility. Both the main pool and the children's pool are generously sized. A major advantage is that the pool area operates from 7 AM until 11 PM. In addition to the pool, there is a 24-hour operational gymnasium. A Kids Club is also available on the same level, though it is quite small. Breakfast is served on Level 7M, situated above the pool area. While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, I found it entirely sufficient. I also dined at the restaurant in the evening and tried their curry noodles, which I found to be very delicious.

Connectivity and Service Details

The complimentary in-room Wi-Fi was quite fast, reaching speeds up to 56mbps. For mobile data, CelcomDigi achieved a speed of 396mbps, whereas Tune Talk was slower at only 12mbps. The hotel offers a good selection of TV channels, most of which are in HD. I was very satisfied with the water pressure in the bathroom. The in-room dining service is available, and the pricing is reasonable; for instance, Nasi Goreng costs RM45, and fresh juice is RM18. For guests traveling by car, the hotel provides ample and free parking.

Overall Verdict and Location Advantage

Personally, I adore this hotel, not only for its location but also for the incredibly comfortable and spacious rooms that feel modern and well-maintained. Guests can choose room types to suit their family size, ranging from Studio rooms up to Three Bedroom Apartments. Location-wise, the hotel is strategically situated in the heart of the city, almost equidistant between KLCC and Pavilion Bukit Bintang. The walk to these key areas is only about 900 meters. You can easily walk to KLCC while enjoying the scenic KLCC Park route. This hotel is highly recommended for families with children due to the expansive rooms and the large kids' pool. The only minor drawback noted was the absence of a bidet spray, only having the small spray nozzle attached to the toilet bowl.
