LEVELL 33 (33rd Floor – 8 Marina Boulevard)
The world's highest craft brewery (according to the Guinness Book of Records). Located on the 33rd floor of the Marina Bay Financial Centre (MBFC), directly opposite MBS. Unlike Ce La Vi (which is atop MBS), from Levell 33 you can see all 3 towers and the ship on top – the perfect "postcard" angle.
Opening hours: 11:30 – 22:30 (Sunday-Thursday), 11:30 – 00:00 (Friday-Saturday).
How to get there: Walk from Marina Bay Sands across the Lions Bridge – 10 minutes. Or exit from Downtown MRT (DT17).
What to order:
Tasting Paddle (4 types of 150ml craft beer) – 24 SGD. Good, each has a different flavor.
Pizza Margherita – 22 SGD. Average, nothing special.
Pro Tip: Book a table at least 1 week in advance if going on the weekend. The place is very popular with office workers. I once went on a Saturday at 19:00, and the security guard said "fully booked until 22:00".
Secret photo spot: Don't sit indoors. Go out to the outdoor balcony, facing MBS. At 20:00, you will see the MBS light show (Spectra) from a distance – small but clear.
Imperfect experience: Levell 33 faces Southeast – in the evening from 18:00 to 19:00, the sun shines directly in your face if you sit outdoors. Sit indoors or wait until after 19:30.
