When going to China, especially Shanghai and Hangzhou, everyone will surely hear a lot about hairy crab noodles.
I've only eaten at 3 places myself, but the two that I found easiest to eat are these, so I'm sharing them for everyone to try if you're traveling.

The branch I ate at is in Hangzhou, it's a hairy crab noodle chain that's quite famous among Vietnamese tourists...
Delicious, nutritious, cheap, and friendly service. Every time I go to HC and eat hairy crab noodles, I always come to this place.
😘😘 Aniang Noodle (everyone search for this name on Amap, the shop is on Sinan Road)
This place is small, but many famous people come to eat, up to 2025 it has 9 Michelin stars.
The downside is ordering at the counter, menu has no English, I looked at the pictures and pointed, and ordered the special portion 135 RMB per bowl..... But, it's very much to my taste and worth it,
So much so that I ate it for 2 consecutive days, and before flying back to VN I had to stop by for one more bowl before going to the airport.... Honestly, the seasoning of this noodle shop is such that it's not greasy, not boring at all, now if I go to China I have to find a flight with transit in SH to come eat another bowl of hairy crab noodles here 😎
At this place, the pickled vegetables or side dishes, you have to order them all, they're not given for free like at Xiesanbao or many other shops, but they sell them rightfully because they're delicious 🤭🤭
If you have the chance to visit China, everyone should try eating there..... Especially the shop on Sinan Road, it's right near Nanchang Road too, that area has some cute and special cafes, like Metal Hands, with chestnut coffee... Then walk around, there are some local fruit and vegetable shops, that time I went and bought strawberries that were delicious, and nearby there's Nikko and....., this brand sells a super lot of stuff, all price ranges, very easy to buy..., then just wander around, that area is Huaihai Road too, beautiful and fun.....
