SINGAPORE ARRIVAL CARD (SGAC): GUIDE TO DECLARATION FOR FOREIGN VISITOR

Declare up to 3 days before entry!
Singapore does not stamp entry and exit, you can enter the correct email for them to send confirmation
You can select other languages (including Vietnamese) in the top right corner
📋 INFORMATION TO PREPARE IN ADVANCE:
✅ Valid passport (passport number, expiry date)
✅ Contact information: Email and phone number
✅ Trip information: Date arriving in Singapore, mode of transport
✅ Accommodation information: Hotel address or place of stay in Singapore
⏱️ Completion time: 5-7 minutes
⚠️ Note: All tourists must declare SGAC before arriving in Singapore
🔹 STEP 1: ACCESS THE DECLARATION PAGE
Go to link: https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard/
Click on the "Submit SGAC" box (New declaration)
Select residency type: "Foreign Visitor / In-Principle Approval Holder"
🔹 STEP 2: SELECT DATE OF ARRIVAL
The form will display the next 3 days to choose from
👉 Select the date you plan to enter Singapore (DD/MM/YYYY)
🔹 STEP 3: FILL IN PERSONAL INFORMATION
📌 MANDATORY FIELDS (with red *):

Full Name (In Passport)* - Full name
Enter exactly as in passport
Format: Given Name followed by Surname

Passport Number* - Passport number

Date of Passport Expiry* - Passport expiry date

Sex as indicated in passport* - Gender
Select: FEMALE, MALE or OTHERS -

Click on the box → Type "Vietnam" → Select "VIETNAMESE" -
Country/Place of Birth* - Place of birth
Click on the box → Type "Vietnam" → Select "VIETNAM" -
Place of Residence* - Current place of residence
Click on the box → Type city name
VD: Type "Ho Chi Minh City" → Select "HO CHI MINH CITY" -
Email Address* - Email address

🔹 STEP 5: HEALTH DECLARATION
⚠️ Note: Declaring falsely is a violation of Singapore law
❓ Do you currently have fever, cough, shortness of breath, headache, vomiting, dizziness or rash?*

Select YES or NO
If you have symptoms → select YES and prepare for medical handling upon entry
🔹 STEP 6: ADD TRAVELLING COMPANIONS (OPTIONAL)
If travelling with family/group:
Click "Add Traveller | +" to add other members if you are travelling with friends or couple sharing hotel and flight (If travelling together, declare together to pass more easily)
Fill similar information for each person
🔹 STEP 7: MOVE TO TRIP INFORMATION
After filling personal information:
Click the green "Next" button in the bottom right corner
🔹 STEP 8: FILL IN TRIP INFORMATION
After clicking Next, you will move to Step 2: Trip Information to fill:
Common fields:
Flight/Vessel Number - Flight number (VD: VJ808, SQ178)
Port of Embarkation - Place of departure (VD: Vietnam)
Purpose of Visit - Purpose of trip (Tourism, Business, Visit Friends/Relatives...)
Length of Stay - Expected length of stay
Address in Singapore - Hotel address in Singapore
Contact Number in Singapore - Contact phone number in Singapore (if any)
🔹 STEP 9: REVIEW
The system will display all the information you have filled
Check each information carefully before submit
If there is an error → Click "Edit" to correct
🔹 STEP 10: CONFIRM AND SUBMIT
Read and agree to the terms
Click the "Submit" button
The system will generate SGAC Acknowledgement (Confirmation paper)
📱 AFTER COMPLETION:
✅ Save or screenshot the Acknowledgement page
✅ Check email to receive confirmation from ICA
✅ Bring the saved copy (printed or on phone) when entering Singapore
✅ Can check SGAC again via "CHECK REGISTRATION" menu
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES:
🔴 Mandatory declaration for all tourists (except transit passengers not going through immigration and those entering via land checkpoints)
🔴 Declare before arriving in Singapore to avoid delays upon entry
🔴 Information must be accurate - match passport and flight ticket
🔴 Keep confirmation email to present if needed
