Share how to get the electronic CT07 after free registration on the National Citizen Residence Public Service
The other day, many friends asked admin to share how to get the Residence Information Confirmation - CT07 online on the National Citizen Residence Public Service portal, and there were also many friends who shared that they don't know how to download it. So admin shares how to download it and submit it along with visa application files (For example, China visa, Korea visa, Europe visa or those that require this).
After receiving the confirmation message that the CT07 confirmation result is available via message (or email), you access https://dichvucong.dancuquocgia.gov.vn/ ---> Manage DVC files ---> Processed files
Here you will see the file you submitted, click on it and scroll to the bottom to download the Attachment and that's it!
When printing to submit, remember not to edit anything because there will be a code in the top corner, that is the electronic confirmation that administrative agencies can verify, okay!
In case you need a stamped version with red seal in case you can't download it, remember to contact your Ward police to come pick up the stamped version directly! Each declaration like this has a 1-year validity period, so if possible, just declare it to save for the whole year of travel needs then print it out (^^)
