Planning a budget-conscious trip to Seoul? The Mpass Card is a time-limited transportation pass designed for short-stay travelers, offering unlimited rides on Seoul's subway, city buses, and AREX (excluding express trains) with a maximum of 20 trips per day.
What the Mpass Card Covers
This versatile card works on:
- Seoul subway lines
- Seoul city buses
- AREX airport rail link (regular service only, not express trains)
Additionally, you can reload the card to use it on taxis, express buses, intercity buses, and trains throughout South Korea.
Card Options and Pricing
The Mpass Card comes in five time-based packages, all priced in Korean won (KRW):
- 1-day pass: 15,000₩
- 2-day pass: 23,000₩
- 3-day pass: 30,500₩
- 5-day pass: 47,500₩
- 7-day pass: 64,500₩
The card remains valid for 30 days from the issue date. If you purchase after 5:00 PM, you'll automatically receive a 3,000 won discount.

Cash only: The Mpass Card can only be purchased with cash (Korean won). Credit or debit cards are not accepted for initial purchase.
