Day 4: Busan- Seoul
Buy KTX Busan-Seoul train tickets online in advance from Vietnam on the official KTX website to get seats in the time frame that matches the itinerary.
The train runs on time. You should be at Busan Station at least 15'' before departure time. (Track # will only show on the electronic announcement board 10' before the train departs). If you bring a large 25-28'' suitcase, you should arrive even earlier so that when the Track # is announced, you can go straight to the train to have space for the large suitcase, carry-on goes on the rack above the seats.
From KS Imok hotel, walk 5' to Dongnae station, tap T-money card (1,445KW) and get off at Busan Station- travel time is 25'. When getting off the train, choose Exit following the KTX signs to go from Subway to KTX Busan station.

03 nights at KS Dongnae Imok Hotel : 1,500,000vnd/room/3 adults. KS is new, clean, spacious room, helpful receptionist and excellent location. Right in the center, many delicious and reasonably priced restaurants (no Vietnamese, Chinese, Western tourists- all locals eating lunch, dinner even on weekdays). Close to bus stops and subway stations.

Download Naver Map on Smartphone because Google map in Korea doesn't have walking directions- Naver map finds routes and transportation accurately and easily.

Buy Sim 5G 7 days or 14 days in advance from VN with packages 1G/2G/3G price 200/250/300k. I bought Sim 2G/250k used comfortably. You should buy 1G/200k because in Busan and Seoul wifi free at tourist spots and train stations is very available.

Download app K-ride (Kakao taxi for foreigners) or Uber and remember to connect debit/credit card for payment in advance from VN to call taxi here conveniently (for family or friends group 3-6 people should compare taxi price with total bus or metro/subway ticket price)

Bus is a bit more expensive than subway and travel time may be longer but less walking😍. My family often takes bus because bus stop right at the attraction😍. Subway requires more walking - especially if choose wrong Exit😎

When paying by card remember to look carefully and select KW don't select VNĐ because will be charged 4% fee immediately (I did it once eyes closed selected VND at Starbucks🥹.
