Bus Ticket Saved My Day: How I Recovered My Lost Watch
It's a daily routine habit for many of us commuters: holding onto that bus ticket, even if we don't consciously plan to use it. For me, it was purely out of habit, perhaps partly because the ticket mentions passenger accident insurance, though I never expected to need anything more than a ride.
However, that simple habit paid off spectacularly today! Thanks to that little piece of paper, I managed to recover a watch I had accidentally dropped on the bus. What truly surprised me was the incredibly professional and swift resolution provided by Saigonbus.
The Seamless Recovery Process
Using the information on the retained ticket, I contacted the hotline. After providing details regarding the date, time, and license plate number of the bus, they immediately contacted the driver and the ticket inspector onboard.
The whole process was incredibly fast. I waited for about 10 minutes, and then I received a call back from the hotline confirming the watch had been found. It had fallen right under the seat, but they had searched thoroughly for me.
