This change, mandated by Cambodian civil aviation authorities, means all Vietnam Airlines flights inbound and outbound from Phnom Penh will now operate from KTI, replacing the previous airport code (PNH).
New Airport Location:
- The new Techo International Airport is conveniently situated south of Phnom Penh, approximately 20 kilometers from the city center, offering a travel time of about 40 minutes.
Important Distance Note:
- For your planning, please be aware that the new Techo International Airport (KTI) is located over 30 kilometers away from the old airport (PNH), which translates to roughly a 50-minute journey between the two locations.

- Verify Airport Details: Double-check that your ticket and all airline notifications clearly state the new airport code, KTI.
