On August 15th, as part of a three-year collaboration with the beautiful city of Hue, Grab Vietnam has officially launched its exciting Grab Cyclo service right here in the city. This initiative, a fantastic partnership with the Department of Construction, Department of Tourism, Hue Institute for Development Studies, and the Hue Monuments Conservation Center, is all about powering up digital transformation in both transportation and tourism. It's also a brilliant way to help local residents boost their digital skills.

So, what exactly is Grab Cyclo? It's a unique way to get around Hue, offering rides on the city's iconic cyclos. These aren't just any cyclos; they're beautifully decorated with Grab's distinctive branding, ensuring a consistent and high-quality service that matches all of Grab's other offerings. This means our experienced, traditional cyclo drivers are getting essential training on the digital platform, ready to serve both visitors and locals with a smile.
During this initial trial period, each Grab Cyclo ride will accommodate a maximum of one passenger. The initial routes will be capped at 60 minutes, but don't worry, riders can certainly extend their journey based on their preferences. Following this testing phase, Grab Vietnam plans to work closely with local authorities to explore expanding pick-up and drop-off points.
