A Sydney Birthday Bash at Totti's Rozelle
This past August 15th, I found myself celebrating my birthday in my absolute favorite city, Sydney, Australia. My dear friend of 12 years, who calls Sydney home, treated me to a local gem she swore by: Totti's Rozelle, a standout among Sydney restaurants.
While there's a very popular Totti's located in Sydney's downtown area, opting for the Totti's Rozelle branch means a more relaxed atmosphere and easier reservations. Still, when I visited, every single table was buzzing with happy diners.
We indulged in a spread that included their famous wood fired bread, perfectly complemented by fresh tomatoes and creamy ricotta cheese. For our mains, we savored a grilled snapper and a delightful crab spaghetti. To wash it all down, we enjoyed a crisp white wine and a cold beer. Our feast came to a total of $143.
Totti's is renowned for its wood fired bread, and let me tell you, it lived up to the hype. It was wonderfully chewy and fluffy, so delicious I couldn't stop eating it, even when I was already comfortably full. Pairing it with the tomatoes and ricotta gave it the delightful taste of a classic Italian pizza. The crab spaghetti was a winner too, with just the right amount of spice to make it incredibly appealing to the Korean palate. And the grilled snapper? It was so light and flavorful, I could easily imagine enjoying it with a hearty bowl of steamed rice.
Adding to the magic, my friend had a special birthday surprise planned, complete with a cake and a lovely little celebration. I was so touched by her thoughtfulness. The staff were also incredibly friendly, making it the perfect setting to celebrate a special occasion.
If you're on the hunt for a delicious meal and a wonderful atmosphere in Sydney, Australia, I wholeheartedly recommend Totti's Rozelle! 🇦🇺💙
