Shanghai: A City That Captured My Heart

It's been two weeks since I returned from Shanghai, and I'm still dreaming about it. I regret not visiting sooner! I used to worry about the language barrier, thinking nobody would speak English, but the desire to take my child to Disneyland finally pushed me to research a trip. The reality was even better than I imagined. I've been to Thailand, Hong Kong, South Korea, and Japan, but Shanghai is the place I most want to revisit. It's just so easy to live there!

Getting around is incredibly convenient, the food is delicious, and using Alipay to order and pay is quick and easy. Prices are also reasonable, not too expensive at all. Shanghai surprised me in the best way!

My Favorite Things About Shanghai:

  • Spotlessly clean, orderly, and impressively civilized.
  • Even in the middle of summer, the air was cool, fresh, and never felt stuffy.
  • The food is delicious, high-quality, and perfectly suited to my taste, especially the drinks and pastries.
  • A city that beautifully balances classic and contemporary architecture.
  • The locals are friendly, kind, and helpful.
  • Most impressively, the security is excellent, and the streets are impeccably clean.

Shanghai is a place that makes me feel comfortable, safe, and eager to return in the future to explore more of China. It is a must-see destination.
