Da Nang: Still Captivated After All This Time

This was my third trip back to Da Nang, and I still feel the same excitement as the first time. I absolutely love this city and its people. The scenery? Well, that speaks for itself!

Even on vacation, my husband suggested we sell our house and move to Da Nang! I don't know about that...

I only had a quick 3-day, 2-night trip, but it was so much fun! Here's my itinerary:

Day 1: Hanoi to Da Nang

  • 7:25 PM: Flight from Hanoi to Da Nang
  • Arrived at the airport and took a taxi to my hotel on Ngo Thi Sy Street. This street is close to the beach - just a short walk away!
  • Checked into the hotel, dropped off my bags, and then went out for some sticky rice and a stroll to enjoy the cool breeze.
  • The sticky rice with squid here is amazing!

Day 2: Da Nang - Love Bridge - Hoi An

  • In the morning, I had breakfast at the hotel and then visited the Love Bridge.
  • It was quiet in the morning, so I could take pictures without anyone in the background.
  • In the afternoon, I went to Hoi An. I recommend spending the whole afternoon and evening there. The "Memories of Hoi An" show is fantastic and very moving. ❤️
  • When you're in Hoi An, be sure to try Cao Lau, Banh Mi Phuong, and Mot herbal tea!

Day 3: Da Nang - Linh Ung Pagoda - Son Tra Peninsula

During my stay in Da Nang, I rented a motorbike. They delivered it right to the hotel!
