Oyster Buffet Bonanza: 20 Delicious Dishes for Just 399k in District 10!
I've been a fan of this spot since they first opened on Co Giang street before the pandemic. They then moved to a rooftop on 99 Nguyen Hue, and most recently to alley 283 CMT8, near the Ha Do apartment complex.
What I love most is the fantastic value. The quality far exceeds the price. While considered fast-casual, they clearly put a lot of care into even the smallest details of each dish. Take their 399k oyster buffet. It features almost 20 different dishes centered around oysters, and each one is meticulously prepared. From the simplest mignonette sauce for the raw oysters to more complex creations like oyster omelet rice rolls, oyster stir-fried Hokkien noodles, and oyster cocktails… It's all so good! The fresh ingredients, combined with the amazing cooking methods, breathe new life into a classic ingredient that many are used to eating raw.
For 399k, you could potentially spend a little more and dine at larger seafood buffets like Cuu Van Long, Poseidon, or Blue Bay. However, purely in terms of oyster dishes, I believe this menu is the most diverse and of the highest quality you can find right now. It's a relatively unique experience in a diverse and competitive culinary scene like Saigon.
The 399k oyster buffet is only available on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 AM to 2 PM and 5 PM to 10 PM.
