First Time Entering China: Beijing Customs Questions Answered

First time setting foot in China with a blank passport:
I entered at Beijing and what did Customs ask me?

-Before going, I reviewed many posts about China Customs and was quite worried, actually more worried than the trip itinerary because if Customs doesn't let me through, all plans and bookings are ruined since I'm going to 5 provinces…

-At Noi Bai Airport before takeoff, I declared entry online (found the code on Xiaohongshu)

-Landed at Beijing airport, just follow the instructions (English-Chinese)→or ask support staff (enthusiastic, friendly—They are really enthusiastic, not arrogant like… well, I won't compare🥲)

-What Customs asked me!!!!

-"What are you coming to China for?→Tourism (short answer)旅游的!

-"Do you have relatives?"I'm coming alone for tourism" 我自己来的.

-"How many days are you staying?"I'm flying back on day …

-"Why do you know Chinese?" Oh, I graduated with a Chinese major.

—about 2 minutes later, I saw 2 customs officers whispering to each other and say—"Please follow this way with me"…. Oh no, it's over…. and I followed them to another customs officer (maybe their team leader or commander) and then that person asked me?

-"Why do you know Chinese" again, a repeated question

-"Where are you from?"Uh hello, they clearly have my passport in hand⇒Vietnam!

-Luckily, customs wasn't as difficult as I imagined/ or maybe because I'm lucky😆😆. And my experience is boys should queue in the female customs line and girls should queue in the male customs line.
