🌅 Sunset Dinner — 17:30 to 18:30
This is the most expensive and most "worth it" session — you dine right as the sun sets over the Andaman Sea, viewed from 50m high. Price 4,900 THB/person (~3.4 million VND).
🌃 Dinner in the Sky — 19:30 to 20:30
Evening session, with city lights and Phuket night sky as backdrop. Price 3,900 THB/person (~2.7 million VND).
🍹 Cocktails or Dinner (Afternoon) — 15:30 to 16:30
Lighter afternoon session — choose cocktail set (3 cocktails + tropical fruits) or full dinner. Price 1,900 THB (cocktail) or 3,900 THB (dinner).
🌙 Late Cocktails or Dinner — 21:00 to 22:00
End the night in the most "wild" way possible — go up at 9 PM, looking down at nighttime Phuket. Price same as afternoon session.

The Volcano Dessert is the highlight of all menus — meringue cake with mascarpone cream and fresh mango, topped with raspberry and passion fruit sauce, presented with liquid nitrogen smoke effect like a volcano erupting right on the table in mid-air. Quite impressive.
Between appetizer and main, there's an entremet — mango and passion fruit water instantly frozen with -195°C liquid nitrogen to cleanse the palate before the main course.

The entire system is designed to German DIN 4112 standards (for aerial structures), tested by TÜV Rheinland — one of the world's most reputable technical inspection organizations. Platform manufactured in Belgium, with regular maintenance, and every detail from safety harnesses to crane calculated meticulously.
Guests wear safety harnesses throughout. Serving staff on the table have full-time harnesses. Full safety briefing before lift-off.

Important note: Seats per flying table are very limited, and reviews say it often sells out — book as early as possible, especially in peak season (November to March) or for special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries.
