Differentiate the types of Ông Thọ condensed milk
Admin often mixes coffee, occasionally still buys the wrong type so saves it, Ngôi Sao Phương Nam also has 2 different types.
Today went to the grocery store asked the sales lady then knew it turns out not all Ông Thọ condensed milk are the same, some colors are suitable for mixing drinks, some colors are more suitable for cooking or baking. There are 4 main lines:
1️⃣Thọ vàng: made from cow milk, is the highest grade line, thick and creamy rich, very sweet, suitable for making sweet cakes, flan cakes. Protein content is also the highest
2️⃣Thọ chữ xanh: fatty fragrant, thinner than Thọ vàng, often used for mixing drinks and making yogurt will give a more appealing flavor
3️⃣Thọ đỏ: Traditional line, high protein, moderately fatty rich, suitable for mixing coffee, dipping bread is the best, used for marinating food is also quite delicious
4️⃣Thọ xanh lá: made from sugar and fresh milk but more sugar amount, suitable for making cakes or smoothies.
