Bangkok Job: Marketing Manager for One Bangkok's F&B Scene

Job Manager Marketing One Bangkok Thailand

A pretty cool opportunity for marketing folks in F&B who want to try their hand in the Thai market: One Bangkok – a massive complex of shopping center, offices, hotels right in the center of Bangkok – is recruiting for the position of Manager, Marketing Strategy for the F&B, café, bar, lifestyle sector.

This position is essentially a Marketing Manager responsible for The Wireless Club – an F&B/lifestyle concept within the One Bangkok ecosystem, but sitting in the Business Development team, so it involves both doing marketing and having the opportunity to participate in building new concepts, brand extensions, future F&B/lifestyle projects.

The work revolves around driving traffic, increasing engagement and sales for The Wireless Club, while building a marketing foundation that can scale to new models in the future. You'll handle both brand communication and performance marketing: from owned media channels like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, to paid media and working with KOL/influencers to build awareness and convert into real customers who come to eat and experience.

The main tasks can be summarized as follows:

  • Develop communication strategies and plans that align closely with business goals and brand direction, ensuring every touchpoint is consistent and measurable in effectiveness.
  • Create plans and implement integrated campaigns covering digital, social, and on-ground (in-person) activities.
  • Manage all social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) from content to customer interactions, with the goal of both growing followers and building a quality community.
  • Create and implement promotional programs, collaborations, in-store activations to drive foot traffic and boost sales.
  • Handle CRM, loyalty, membership, analyze customer data to increase repeat visit frequency.
  • Manage content calendar, produce content, coordinate with agencies and influencers, optimize paid advertising for both reach and conversions.
  • Take care of brand experience in physical spaces: signage, messaging at points of sale, customer touchpoints with the brand.
  • Organize events, partnerships with other brands to attract new customer segments and create clear business impact.
  • Track and measure performance metrics (engagement, followers, ad ROI), then report and propose optimizations.

The requirements are quite stringent, true to the level of a manager leading strategy:

  • University graduate or higher in Marketing, Communication or related fields.
  • At least 10 years of marketing experience in F&B, café, bar or lifestyle business.
  • Clear track record in driving store traffic and linking marketing activities to sales.
  • Very proficient in social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), experience with KOL/influencer marketing and running paid media.
  • Able to build and implement integrated marketing strategies, understand customer behavior in dining and lifestyle sectors.
  • Data-driven mindset, knows how to measure ROI, optimize campaigns, while still being a creative storyteller with good visual sense and brand feel.
  • Work style: hands-on leader who rolls up sleeves rather than just directing, can handle fast-paced environment, coordinates well with multiple departments, growth mindset to scale new ventures.

The interesting thing is this is a job in Frasers Property group – a multinational real estate group listed on the Singapore exchange, operating in many countries from Southeast Asia, Australia, Europe to China, with assets spanning retail, hospitality, industrial, residential to office. One Bangkok is one of the key projects in Thailand, so if you get in, you'll learn how they operate marketing for F&B/lifestyle models in a large-scale real estate complex, and open opportunities to step into Frasers' ecosystem in other countries later.

If you're Vietnamese with many years in F&B, café, bar, lifestyle marketing, wanting to step into the regional market, especially Thailand – where F&B and nightlife are extremely competitive but also full of "room to perform" – this is a position worth considering. You'll be a better fit if: English is good enough for multinational work environment, accustomed to both strategizing and hands-on execution, not afraid of KPIs on traffic, sales and ROI, and ready to learn about the market and consumer culture in Bangkok.

Currently they're open for direct applications on the Frasers Property website, you can prepare English CV, portfolio of campaigns you've done (prioritize cases with traffic/sales data), and clearly highlight F&B/lifestyle experience before applying. This is the kind of job not too many Vietnamese pay attention to, so if you have the profile and prepare thoroughly, who knows, this could be an exciting leap from Saigon to the "Bangkok playground."
