Wearing out my flip-flops exploring Bangkok, I finally tried Nak La Mookata for the first time—thanks to my friend Phương June who raved about it non-stop!
Last year, I had something similar at a spot with that green mascot thing. It was pricey, not quite my taste, and left me feeling a bit meh.
But this one was on my must-try shortlist, so no way was I skipping it—and wow, it was delicious, everyone!
What Makes It So Good?
The meat isn't anything mind-blowing, but paired with their amazing dipping sauces? Perfection. I went wild on the rice rolls with that sweet-and-sour sauce—my absolute favorite.
And that broth? Somehow perfectly seasoned, sweet, and so addictive.
