I Finally Saw Giselle: Tears After Cancer
I went to see Giselle!
By summer, when I returned to Japan from overseas, tickets were already sold out 💦
Then, cancellations opened up just two last-minute tickets marked as such!
I hurriedly changed all my plans—Airbnb, flights, everything—to catch the performance 🩰
I'd watched it so many times on YouTube, so when the orchestra started, tears just started flowing without me realizing it...
After stage 4 cancer, I hadn't been able to cry from emotion. This was the first time since my illness that I was truly moved to tears. I surprised even myself.
