I visited back in mid-March. If you grab straight from the shelf, everything's the standard "flower basket" scent. But there's a spot in the middle where you can pick your own:

Fill out the form with your preferred date, take it to the counter, pay up, and boom—you've got your custom scent and date!
They had a new "cherry blossom" scent in March, and I absolutely loved it.
