Eiffel Tower Area Transformed with New Pedestrian Walkway, Tricolore Flight Disappoints

A Remarkable Transformation: The Eiffel Tower Promenade Unveiled

Yesterday, I took a stroll down the familiar path near the Eiffel Tower, and I was absolutely thrilled to discover a newly constructed promenade! What a fantastic surprise!

Just before the Olympics, this area was a busy four-lane road. You'd often see people taking photos and videos right in the middle, which was quite a hazard and frequently led to police intervention. It was a constant concern.

But now, a significant portion, two lanes worth, has been wonderfully repurposed into a spacious pedestrian walkway. This means you can capture all your Eiffel Tower memories with complete peace of mind and without any worries.

On a related note, I had planned to see the Tricolore flight demonstration yesterday. Unfortunately, a sudden shower began just before the event, which was a bit disappointing. However, I was still delighted to catch a glimpse of the aircraft circling the iconic Eiffel Tower. It was a truly memorable sight.
