Soaring Above Hanoi: My Sky Lotte Observation Deck Experience
My recent trip to Vietnam included a visit to the Sky Lotte Observation Deck in Hanoi, and I decided to go first thing in the morning. What a fantastic decision! It was truly the best way to kick off the day. 🥰
A Peaceful Hanoi View
The absence of crowds meant peace and quiet. Just me, the stunning cityscape stretching below, and an endless expanse of sky 💭✨. The elevator whisked me up to the 65th floor at lightning speed (yep, my ears popped! 😅) and stepping out revealed an incredible sight.
360 Degrees of Hanoi Beauty
Floor-to-ceiling windows offered a complete 360° view of Hanoi. Bathed in soft morning light, the entire city looked like a dream 🌥️. I could easily spot West Lake, the iconic Red River, and an endless tapestry of rooftops extending to the horizon.
Testing the Glass Floor!
And of course... I braved the glass floor 😳. It took a moment to actually step onto it, but once I did, it felt exhilarating. Floating high above the city? Feeling unlocked ✅.
Morning Bliss at the Top
The observation deck itself was immaculate and thoughtfully designed. Since I arrived so early, I had all the best photo spots entirely to myself 📸. There's also a charming little café, perfect for enjoying a drink while soaking in the incredible panorama — a truly peaceful way to start the day 🧋.
If you're seeking a calm, unhurried experience and want to admire the city from a breathtaking vantage point, I highly recommend visiting the Sky Lotte Observation Deck early in the morning. I savored every single moment 💖.
