My Japanese Souvenir Haul!
Just back from Japan, and of course, I couldn't resist bringing back a few treasures. Some were simply too beautiful to pass up, others too delicious to ignore, and some just screamed "Japan!"
Here's what I snagged:
1. Green Tea & Matcha Goodies
Straight from Kyoto! It felt right to grab these "local specialties."
2. Traditional Japanese Snacks
A trip to Donki or a convenience store inevitably results in a snack haul. I grabbed white peach Pocky, sake-flavored KitKats, crispy rice crackers, seaweed snacks, and more.
These are perfect for sharing with colleagues, friends, and acquaintances – guaranteed smiles!
3. Japanese Beauty Finds
Even with limited shopping time, I managed to pick up a few local beauty favorites like DHC lip cream and a mini Muji cleansing oil.
4. Cute Treasures from Daiso or Loft
Stickers, pens, Totoro keychains, adorable hand towels, Maneki Neko socks... These little trinkets are cute, budget-friendly, and undeniably Japanese.
5. A Bottle of Umeshu Plum Wine
A small and elegant bottle of Umeshu, purchased at the airport as a gift for my parents.
