Madame Tussauds Singapore – More Than Just Wax Figures!
I initially thought a visit to Madame Tussauds would just be about snapping photos with celebrity wax figures. But once I stepped inside, I realized this place is way more impressive than I imagined!
1. Images of Singapore Live – Learn and Relax
I have to say, this was the most surprising part of the entire tour.
You're guided through Singapore's history – from its beginnings as a fishing village, to its occupation during wartime, and its development into the modern metropolis it is today. It's absolutely captivating.
There are live actors too, not just boring videos. They narrate the story in an engaging way, and the sets change constantly, making you feel like you're time traveling.
If you're visiting with kids, it's educational. The little ones can easily grasp the history through this immersive experience.
2. Marvel 4D – A Must-See for Marvel Fans!
This is a 4D cinema – meaning you don't just watch, you experience it:
The seats rumble, wind blows, sounds surround you, and there's even a gentle spray of water.
Iron Man, Spider-Man, Black Panther,… all make appearances. They're incredibly cool.
If you're a Marvel fan, you'll be saying "wow" from beginning to end. It's suitable for both children and adults, not too intense so everyone can enjoy it.
3. Spirit of Singapore Ride – A Relaxing Mini Roller Coaster
At the end of the tour, there's a mini roller coaster. You sit in a vehicle and ride through scenes of Singapore – Gardens by the Bay, dragon boat races, fireworks, and more.
It's not too fast, so there's no need to worry, and it's fun and a unique contrast to the rest of the attraction.
4. The Wax Figures Are Still the Main Attraction
Of course, the wax figures are still impressive. There are international celebrities (Taylor Swift, BTS, Obama, etc.) and Asian stars.
The lighting is great, so every photo looks professionally shot.
If your family includes older adults and children, this attraction is perfect. If you're visiting Sentosa and unsure where to go, head straight to Madame Tussauds Singapore!
