A Day in Barcelona!
My Spanish adventure continues! After exploring northern Spain in Asturias and Bilbao, I've arrived in beautiful Barcelona. My first impression? It's surprisingly pleasant! The weather is mild and comfortable, probably because it's autumn. There are quite a few tourists around, and it seems like Barcelona is buzzing with festivals.
Today's Highlights: Human Towers and a Parade!
Today was special because there was a Human Tower festival and a parade happening at the Cathedral of Barcelona (Catedral de Barcelona). It was amazing to witness!
Getting Around Barcelona: A Quick Tip
When you visit Barcelona, remember to purchase a day pass (for 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 days). It offers unlimited travel within the city. You can buy it easily through the TMB app or directly at the metro station with a card. A pro tip: avoid purchasing a single-trip ticket from the airport to the city center, as it's quite expensive. I bought a 3-day pass for 23.8 euros, and it was totally worth it!
Don't Miss Out: Magic Fountain Fireworks!
P.S. Tomorrow at 10 PM, there will be a spectacular fireworks display and a music festival at the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc! If you're in town, be sure to check it out, or even better, gather a group and experience it together!
