Okay, so I rarely venture outside my usual food haunts, but I stumbled upon Bistro Tony thanks to a recommendation in a group, and OMG, I had to break my silence and confirm the hype! This place is seriously delicious!
From Hesitant Diner to Raving Fan
I'm not usually a huge fan of European cuisine, but Bistro Tony absolutely blew me away. Every single dish was perfectly seasoned and catered to my taste buds. From the appetizer (Seafood in creamy sauce with mille-feuille pastry) to the main courses (Roast Chicken and Boeuf Bourguignon), and even dessert, my husband and I were completely impressed!
- Appetizer Perfection: The seafood in creamy sauce was heavenly, especially paired with the flaky mille-feuille.
- Main Course Magic: The roast chicken was unbelievably moist and tender, even the breast! The light coconut milk sauce was just the right balance, preventing the cream sauce from being overwhelming. And the Boeuf Bourguignon? So rich and flavorful!
- Side Dish Spotlight: The mashed potatoes were incredibly smooth and creamy, and the fries stayed crispy even after we finished eating and paid the bill! Seriously!
Chef's Touch & Personalized Service
The chef was incredibly welcoming and took the time to explain the ingredients and preparation of each dish. He even checked in with us after the meal to see if we enjoyed everything. Such a personal touch!
Incredible Value for Money
We opted for the evening set menu (around 300k VND per person) and the quality of the food was outstanding. Adding a cocktail or glass of wine brought the total to around 500k VND. A steal for this experience!
