The weather is absolutely gorgeous! Why not spend just 25 minutes traveling for a truly amazing experience at the Bat Trang Pottery Museum in Gia Lam, Hanoi?

- Parking: There's motorcycle parking at the museum, and plenty of street parking for cars.
Entrance Fees:
- General Admission: 50k VND/person (access to floors 1, 2, and 4, as seen in my photos).
- Floors 3 & 5: Requires a separate ticket.
What to See:
- Floor 1: Welcome area and shop.
- Floor 2: Ancient and modern pottery exhibits.
- Floor 3: Contemporary Art Center.
- Floor 4: Auditorium, restaurant, and café.
- Floor 5: Light sculpture art.
Pottery Making Experience:
Tickets are 70k VND/person, purchased at the entrance ticket counter. After your tour, head down to floor G via the elevator to try your hand at pottery!
My Experience & Tips:
- Making pottery is harder than it looks! Huge respect to the artisans. Watch the tutorial video carefully before you start, and long nails make it a bit tricky.
- Take lots of cute photos BEFORE you start making pottery, because you'll get covered in clay! (Don't worry, it washes off easily.) :)))
Sunny weekends are perfect for a fun and Insta-worthy trip here – a truly worthwhile experience!
Bat Trang Pottery Museum: No. 28, Village 5, Bat Trang Road, Gia Lam, Hanoi.
