Mì Thợ Săn (Hunter's Pasta): Their signature pasta dish at 300k VND per plate. OMG, the flavor explosion! It's rich, fragrant, and incredibly satisfying. The wide pappardelle noodles are perfectly coated in the sauce, cooked al dente (but they're happy to adjust to your preference). - Pizza Pesto: Homemade pesto sauce, mozzarella, and Italian sausage. Pesto lovers, this is your calling! It's mind-blowingly delicious! The crust isn't sourdough; it's made with Italian biga, making it wonderfully chewy with a relatively dense interior. No bứ (bloating) here!
- Pizza 6 Cheese: Ricotta, mozzarella, smoked scamorza, provolone dolce, gorgonzola dolce, and parmigiano reggiano. A cheese lover's paradise! Drizzle generously with honey and chili oil – you won't regret it! 😆
